The Embassy
Lithuanian diplomatic representation in Israel is reaching the times of Palestine under the British governance. At that time the Republic of Lithuania was represented by Honorary Consul Shimshon Rosenbaum (1927-1935), and after his death by Honorary Consul Nahman Rahmilevich (1935-1941). After the re-establishment of the independence, Lithuania has renewed its diplomatic representation by the establishing diplomatic relations with the State of Israel in 1992 and the opening of the Embassy in Tel Aviv in 1995.
