E-registration
In order to register for an appointment, please use electronic registration system:
- To register for citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania issues please take and confirm 1 (one) 15 min. time slot for each applicant or application. This type of service is provided on Tuesdays, afternoon hours.
- To register for passport and ID card of the Republic of Lithuania please take and confirm 1 (one) 15 min. time slot for each applicant or application. This type of service is provided on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- To register for civil status act (marriage, divorce, birth, death) registration issues please take and confirm 1 (one) 15 min. time slot for each applicant or application. This type of service is provided on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- To apply for notarial duties please contact the Embassy in advance by phone 03-6958685 or email consul.il@urm.lt

To register for consular services, it is necessary to create a user account on the electronic registration system. Individuals who wish to receive consular services at Lithuanian mission or consular post abroad will be informed about available registration time slots. Individuals will be able to subscribe to such notification in the electronic registration system. Notifications will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by applicants when new visit times are announced and registration time slots are available at your chosen diplomatic mission or consular post of the Republic of Lithuania.
