CHARGE D'AFFAIRES OF THE EMBASSY OF LITHUANIA VISITS WOOD SURFACE COMPANY "HADAR 2000"

On 21 April 2009 Charge d’Affaires of the Embassy of Lithuania in the State of Israel Irena Skardžiuvienė visited “Hadar 2000” wood surface company which last Friday received a delivery of boards from Lithuanian partner with swastikas, tanks and other anti-Semitic drawings.

During the meeting with the owners of “Hadar 2000” Charge d’Affaires expressed her deepest regret over the incident. She made a point that the official position of Lithuanian government is that of nontolerance towards all kinds of manifestations of anti-Semitism, such actions are being oficially condemned and legally persecuted.
