CONVENTION ON THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBLE TAXATION HAS ENTERED INTO FORCE

On 1 January 2007 the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the Government of the State of Israel for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income has entered into force. This agreement should largely facilitate the Israeli and Lithuanian businessmen contacts.
