Exhibition "Jerusalem in detail"

A new exhibition "Jerusalem in detail" has opened at the Israel Museum. It enables visitors to discover various often overlooked but very important design details hidden in Jerusalem's streets and buildings.
The city has accumulated many of those over the centuries and they speak about rich history of the place and many cultures and nations that inhabit it. The opening was joined by the president of Israel Reuven Rivlin, who himself comes from a long line of Jerusalemites. Head of curatorial services at the museum Tania Coen-Uzzielli gave guests a tour around the focal points of the exhibition.
