International Holocaust Remembrance Day

Today the Embassy of Lithuania in Israel commemorated International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

This day reminds everybody of the dangers of remaining silent in the face of prejudice and hatred. Remembrance is the solemn task of each generation – that is why we must pass on to our youth the painful history of the Holocaust and the memory about millions of victims. That is the only way to keep real the promise "NeverAgain".
