Lithuania presents its tourism potential for Israelis
Along with 40 other countries, Lithuania presents its tourism potential at the tourism exhibition IMTM 2016 opened today in Tel Aviv. The major tourist destinations, such as Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and also famous resort towns Palanga, Druskininkai and Birštonas are presented at the exhibition.
Medieval architecture, Jewish heritage, green countryside, white sand beaches at the Baltic sea, state-of-art facilities of medical tourism, quality restaurants and shopping malls – all these things attract Israeli tourists.
Visitors are warmly welcomed by the representatives of the State Tourism Department at the colorful Lithuanian stand. Israeli Minister of Tourism Yariv Levin was among the first visitors.
