LITHUANIAN AMBASSADOR AND ISRAELI MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DISCUSSED BILATERAL COOPERATION IN SCIENCE AND INNOVATION

On 16th August 2012 the Ambassador of Lithuania in Israel Darius Degutis met with the Israeli Minister of Science and Technology Prof. Daniel Hershkowitz. The meeting was also attended by the Honorary Consul General of Lithuania in Israel Haim Ariel, Chairman of the Israel-Lithuania Chamber of Commerce Len Judes and Commercial Attaché Kristina Biraitė.

During the meeting the parties positively assessed cooperation between the two countries in the fields of science and innovation, and discussed the potential for further development of bilateral relations. Ambassador Degutis extended invitation of the Minister of Economy of Lithuania R.Žylius to the Minister D. Hershkowitz to visit Lithuania on the occasion of „Life Science Baltics2012“.
