The ceremony was also attended by Lithuanian cultural attaché Elena Keidošiūtė and Bulgarian ambassador in Israel Dimitar Mihaylov.
The international Israeli-Lithuanian-Bulgarian committee announced prof. Romualdas Inčirauskas a winner. The participants’ vote went to David Zundelovitch.
