Lithuanian days in Netanya
The series of special events took place in Netanya on 7, 10 and 12 July.
The event of Lithuanian tourism and food promotion, screening of Lithuanian movie „The Jump“ by Giedrė Žičkytė and opening of exhibition „Unseen Lithuania“ by Marius Jovaiša (in the presence of the author) were dedicated to mark the 30th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Lithuania and Israel.
Representatives of Netanya municipality, The Chairman of the Lithuanian-Israeli Friendsgip group of Israeli Knesset Simon Davidson, journalists, artists, city residents and guests, members of the organization of Litvaks and Lithuanians honoured the events by their presence.
