LITHUANIAN - ISRAELI CALL FOR JOINT R&D PROJECTS

Lithuania and Israel are announcing a new Call for Proposals for joint R&D projects in all technological fields.
The Call is jointly administered by MATIMOP – The Israeli Industry Centre for R&D on behalf of the Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS) of the Ministry of Industry Trade and Labor in Israel, and the Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (MITA) in Lithuania.
- Joint Lithuanian-Israeli R&D projects can be presented in any area of mutual interest.
- Projects will be evaluated based on:
- Technological innovation.
- Economic potential of the proposed products / services.
- Added value of cooperation between the project partners.
- Individual and complementary capabilities of the partners (R&D personnel, infrastructure, finance, marketing, and management).
- Projects in the frame of this Call will be financed by the respective authorities in Lithuania & Israel, in accordance with the national Laws, Rules, Regulations and Procedures in effect. In Israel, each selected project can be financed by the OCS up to 50% (+ regional incentives for companies located in the "development zone") of the eligible costs of research and development.
