MEETING WITH MINISTER OF NATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF ISRAEL

On 2 January 2012 Ambassador D. Degutis met with the Minister of National Infrastructure of Israel Uzi Landau who is also in charge of the energy issues. The Minister expressed his appreciation to pay an official visit to Lithuania in coming April as a response visit to the invitation of Minister of Energy of Lithuania A. Sekmokas who visited Israel last November.

Representatives of Israeli energy companies will join Minister U. Landau during his visit. The Minister will also represent the Government of Israel during the “March of Living” events which are dedicated to commemorate Lithuanian citizens victims of Holocaust.
