On 20 July 2010 Ambassador Darius Degutis had a meeting with vice dean of Kaunas university of medicine prof. Neringa Paužienė.
More than 100 Israeli students study in Kaunas University of medicine, which makes the biggest number among nationalities of international undergraduate students.
As every summer, the representatives of university visited Israel to organize the information session about medicine studies and to give entrance exam to the students.
