Memorial Ceremony marking 80 years since the liquidation of Vilniaus Geto

11 of September Ambassador-designate Audrius Brūzga paid his first visit to the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem and presented to the Chief of Protocol, Amb. Gil Haskel, a copy of the Letters of Credence. After Ambassador Audrius Brūzga together with the diplomats of the Embassy of Lithuania took part in the Memorial Ceremony marking 80 years since the liquidation of Vilna Ghetto, at Yad Vashem, teh World Holocaust Remembrance Center.
Ambassador delivered a speech and honored of the victims by laying the wreath in the Remembrance Hall together with the chairwomen of the Association of Jews from Vilna and Vicinity in Israel Mickey Cantor.
