The book about Israeli art father, Lithuania born Boris Schatz has been presented

On 29 November the Embassy of Lithuania in Israel organized the fascinating evening dedicated to the Israeli artist Boris Schatz. On the second day of Hanuka, which had a very special meaning in B. Schatz life, the book "Getting to Know Schatz" (published by the Embassy of Lithuania in Israel) was presented at Boris Schatz's original house and studio (The Schatz House) in Jerusalem.

The book is the translation of the biography of B. Schatz written by Dr. Jolanta Širkaitė in Hebrew. The author also participated in the event via video call.

World famous Litvak, Boris Schatz is also known as "father of Israeli art" and founder of Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.
