THE DELEGATION HEADED BY MINISTER OF ECONOMY VYTAS NAVICKAS PARTICIPATED IN THE ISRAEL PRIME MINISTER'S CONFERENCE

On November 11-12, the delegation headed by Minister of Economy of Republic of Lithuania Vytas Navickas participated in yearly Israel Prime Minister‘s conference for Export and International Cooperation.
 

On November 12, Minister of Economy Vytas Navickas had a meeting with E. Ishay, the Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor of the State of Israel with whom discussed the promotion of business cooperation between Israel and Lithuania.

 

On the first day of the conference the exhibition „Israel Gateway 2008“ took place, in which organizations, companies and diplomatic representatives participated.  This year Embassy of Lithuania in Tel Aviv for the first time had its stand in the exhibition and represented business and tourism possibilities of Lithuania.  The stand of the Embassy attracted much attention of the visitors.

 

The possibilities for economic cooperation between Israel and Lithuania were also represented in the seminar „Israel-Europe business cooperation“.
