VISIT TO HAIFA

On 11 January 2009 Ambassador Darius Degutis visited Haifa, which is the third largest city of Israel.

During the visit ambassador had a meeting with Deputy Mayor of Haifa Mrs. Hedva Almong. The possibilities for cooperation between Haifa and Lithuanian cities were discussed.

During the visit ambassador was acquainted with economic activities of the city, Haifa port, and cultural life.
