VISIT TO RA’ANANA

On November 21, 2007 the Lithuanian ambassador to Israel Mrs. Asta Skaisgiryte Liauskiene visited the city of Ra’anana to meet the mayor Nahum Hofri. The possibilities of cooperation between Ra’anana and Lithuanian towns were discussed at the meeting. Recently a delegation of Lithuanian physicians visited Ra’anana Levinshtein hospital to share experience with their Israeli colleagues in the sphere of medical rehabilitation. Mayor Hofri expressed special interest in exchange of groups of high school students between Israel and Lithuania.
